Booked several rooms and a suite for a group function. Rooms not ready at 3pm, the suite very underwhelming and dated. No pool. Will be rethinking staying again at Sofitel.

As always, an almost perfect stay at Sofitel Melbourne. We had a glass of bubbly on arrival and were kindly upgraded to a corner room, on check in - which we didn't realise until we got to our room (I later went back down to the Reception counter to thank the staff member). Comfortable, and clean room. Room service was great - the food arrived fresh and warm from the kitchen. And the location is amazing - tram stop across the road, easy to get around from. We love the Sofitel Melbourne and this visit only served to remind us why.

Overall good. The foriegn worker in the Atrium 35 bar was very abrupt and rude
