I stay at the Sofitel a lot - this recent stay was unfortunately seemed overall less impressive than it usually is. Check-in seemed unnecessarily difficult. Don’t get me wrong I love staying at Sofitel, but you asked for the feedback. 6/10 when you guys are normally a 10/10.
