Super courteous staff and very attentive. Hotel is very clean in general and the turn down service is impressive. The botlle of sparkling and chocolates as welcome gifts are very much appreciated. Enjoyed our breakfast and time spent at the Atrium. Overall, Sofitel is the best Accor hotel in Melbourne and we really love our stays here over the past 20 years.
