We loved the location, nice lake and park views, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Friendly staff and the indoor heated pool and thermal spa’s are a real winter treat.

We had a fabulous weekend stay! All staff were friendly, helpful and professional. We enjoyed a lake view from our room, beautiful! Location is excellent, walking distance to good restaurnts and cafes, together with the great playground and scooter park at the lake front which our daughter enjoyed. The indoor pools were a treat, with thermal pools and filtered water pools. The bar area looked cozy with fireplace. We enjoyed room service, the chef is clearly talented with the food tasty. We had seen some reviews saying the hotel needed a renovation but we did not see any issues and loved our stay!

The hotel is perfectly located near all the restaurants downtown. It’s clean and modern. There’s a kids play room which the kids enjoyed - they loved having their own space, despite the toys being broken or few. The pool is nice and warm as are the spa pools. Lots of options at the breakfast buffet from salads, cold meats, cheeses, pastries to plenty of hot options, freshly made burritos, eggs, bacon etc - everyone was happy.
