My entire stay was fantastic. My only 'negative' comment was that parking was fine IF I wanted to pay the 40+ NZD for valet parking - mmmmm, no! There did not appear to be much 'knowledge' / 'advice' re other options and, following a 4+ hour journey, I could have done with some better advice. That said! - absolutely gorgeous hotel, great food, fantastic staff and location was ideal for exploring! I would come back...maybe on a bicycle next time!!

It was very excellent stay, good rooms, bar service, dinning area, Lounge service was excellent, would definitely recommend Pullman Rotorua for stay, beautiful views from room, customer service was excellent, the only thing they don’t have is pool & sauna spa which I missed a lot if you stay for longer time, gym facilities available, parking easy outside on street $1 an hour. Friendly staff - April is of the duty manager was given excellent customer service. Nice clean maintained hotel by staff.

Yip good stay. Restaurant unhelpful when I wanted to book in. Busy but tables available by no we are full sorry. Offered room service. Who wants that when u have been flying for 12 hours

Love the room and the service. Having to pay to park your car is a rip off when you're paying a hefty price to stay. That really annoyed me and could effect if I stay again or not.
