The staff were friendly, our room was very nice, we are at the restaurant while our meal was okay the restaurant was grossly under staffed with an unacceptable delay to receive our meals

Spent a lovely night away with my daughter, superior queen room was beautifully clean and the little extras (robes and slippers) were a lovely addition to the luxury feel. The meal options are great and very well cooked. Rotorua was having a particularly stinky day and the smell somehow found its way into the room, which was a bit of a shame. Otherwise I couldn’t fault it!

We really enjoy staying at Pullman when visiting Rotorua and it’s often our first choice. The only feedback we would like to share relates to the dinner menu. While the overall quality of the food and dining experience was very good, we were disappointed that there were no side vegetable or salad options available—particularly with the Hot Grill meals, which were already at a higher price point. Offering a simple side of vegetables or a salad option (either included or clearly available as an add-on) would greatly improve value perception and overall customer satisfaction. Also when we recently stayed at the Novotel New plymouth, being gold card accor members we were given all mini bar items ( a smaller offering ) free of charge for the 2 night stay which was so generous and well received as we are also regular clients. Thank you for considering this feedback.

Great rooms, beds too hard, great staff, I can tell that staff are now clearly multi tasking in the hotel chains nowadays. No more porters, the check in counter staff handle everything.

Good location and comfortable/clean room. Not a 5-star experience however in terms of either the hardware (room was a good 4-star standard in terms of furnishing), or software (staff was relatively friendly but service experience was not as smooth). Breakfast okay to good overall but lacking in the offer for table service or offer of espresso. Overall I'd say it's a solid 4-start experience for what is meant to be a 5-star hotel.
