Nice hotel but stay not as good as last time, arrived about 4pm no car parks out front even though there are lots of them the 5 minute rule didn’t seem to be applied? Drove the block a couple of times then ended up parking down the street. Had two rooms booked one had chocs and soap and not the other one? Forgot the wine for both rooms which was part of the deal. Didnt receive milk on check in.Didn’t have free valet noted. Room 314 very noisey with the nightclub music till 2am ish. Nice dinner Friday night in restaurant, Sunday breakfast pretty average with bacon well overcooked and eggs looking like they had been there a while. Might seem picky but all those little things count. Stayed in June and had a great stay this time not so A+

Deluxe king room (free upgrade with paid membership) was a generous size but unfortunately an unusual set up with no privacy in regards to shower & toilet which are cubicles positioned in the corners of the room next to the vanity (no separate bathroom as such). Sofa is right up against the toilet cubicle so interesting acoustics when toilet is in use & after showering your starkers bearing all to the other person in the room. Close your eyes & block your ears if you're shy. Valet carparking was pricey at $39 per night so opted to park on the street for free after 5pm. Welcome drink was great with a large 400ml pour of cider on tap. Slight inconvenience at check out as we needed to make 2 trips to the car to load up our room keys were canceled which we discovered when we tried to re-enter room. Back down to reception to sort which still didn't get us back in when going up to the room again. Thankfully housekeeping was handy to let us in the room again to collect the rest of our gear. Too many emails also from Pullman after booking room through the Accor app. I think 5 or 6 requesting check in information then 2 more offering upgrades, buying dining packages in advance, check out email, review email etc etc it's a bit overkill to be honest.

Regarding the fresh milk served in reusable glass bottles: our milk is fully pasteurised and sterilised by our local supplier. Because it is non-homogenised, the natural cream rises and hardens near the neck of the bottle, which simply requires a quick shake before pouring.
