Great two night stay at the Pullman Rotorua. Good sized room, very clean and a comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly and helpful and we would definitely stay again.

It starts with the reception staff who were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The room was exceptional with great views out over the lake. The amenities were everything that could be expected. I will be back!

Great service with very nice facilities，friendly front desk staffs，the best hotel in my whole New Zealand trip. And the Milk was the winner！ Loved it.

Ive been an accor member for around 10 years now, only ever having staying in Australian Hotels. The Pullman in Rotarua is nothing like the Pullmans here. The service would exceptional, don't get me started on the Gold Card for the restaurant (one drink in Australia). I had the most excellent time, the rooms were well attended daily, with top ups of the bath salts, soaps etc. Just amazing. No other word for it.

We were really pleasantly surprised with this hotel as the reviews we read prior to were mixed. The room was very nice and spacious and spotlessly clean. In fact the whole hotel was spotless. The location is excellent being right in the middle of town and the staff were very accommodating.
