We had a very nice stay overall. Comfortable rooms. We were told at check-in that our parking had been prepaid, but at checkout, were told an additional parking charge had been added. This was confusing and felt misleading. I was disappointed in the brunch as well. We went around 9 am and they were out of several items. When I asked about that, I was told, "Yeah, we're out. Those don't last long.". Not what I would expect from a rather pricey breakfast.

Please be assured that although your valet parking was pre-booked, payment is only processed upon check-out, and we confirm you were only charged once. Regarding breakfast, we are sorry for the lack of availability and the unhelpful response you received; we are addressing this with our culinary team to ensure better service.
