Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are pleased to know that you enjoyed our comfortable bed, member amenities, and breakfast. We sincerely apologize for the disturbance caused by the housekeeping team during your stay. We fully understand how frustrating it must have been to be repeatedly disturbed by noise in the corridor, especially during your resting hours. This is certainly not the level of comfort we want our guests to experience. Your comments have been shared with the Housekeeping team, and we will reinforce the importance of keeping noise to a minimum in guest areas. We are also sorry to hear about the issue with the toilet flush. We regret that this was not identified and resolved promptly during your stay. Thank you again for your honest feedback.
