Just stayed for 3 nights then 2 nights. We find it comfortable, and the kids and grand kids enjoy it. We have stayed regularly since 1990, for a brief break from home. The Easter stay was memorable with decorations and easter extras at breakfast. The grandkids loved the easter egg hunt and colouring competition. Much appreciated.

Novotel was an excellent hotel with great location in the cbd close to pius, clubs and many eateries. The room had a gud view of the harbour and close to the park. Plenty of scooters and bikes to get around without a car and uber was reasonable price to get to the casino. Food was great and also the bar, with live music on Friday. Well done to the crew at Novotel for organising an Easter hunt for the kids, I didnt travel with kids but thort that was cool and would take my kids there at Easter next time if the opportunity came up. Really enjoyed our stay in Darwi aand would highly recommend Novotel to stay and made our trip all the more enjoyable. Thank you

Rooms were dirty. Understaffed. Cockroaches in my child’s bed and dirty pools. They were not cleaned over our 4 day stay. Dirty pool towels and drinks strewn all over the pool area. Multiple cockroaches in our room, particularly in the bathroom and beds. Definitely not the best stay, and far from the Accor we know and love. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Staff were clearly tired and understaffed. Meals and beverages were lacking and had no stock to cater for the holiday makers. Two days out of four we had rooms serviced.

Overall the stay was awesome, as usual, great helpful staff , great facilities Only one neg , room 315 the shower leaks everywhere onto the floor and into the main room

My stay at Novotel Darwin CBD was disappointing. Check‑in took over 20 minutes after midnight. The room had several issues, including a noisy unbalanced fan, a loud air conditioner, and a constant dripping sound in the bathroom. On 31 March, housekeeping left the fridge door partially open, causing all my food items to spoil and water to pool inside. I reported this to the front desk. Based on this experience, I will consider alternative accommodation in future.
