I would like to compliment Sola your front of house representative there on my arrival Sunday 30th Nov. Due to a glitch in the booking site my reservation was not on your register. Obviously this can be quite stressful when just arriving for a 3 night stay. Thankfully Sola was the perfect professional, helping me understand the reasons for the glitch, resolving the reservation and all up putting my mind at rest that a room would be found for my stay. It is these additional levels of support at times of difficulty from team members such as Sola that stay with me as I select hotels for future travel. Please pass my thanks on to your excellent team member.

This Hotel needs an upgrade. Bathroom with some mould and cracked tiles. One fan was not working .Fire alarm went off twice over 2 days during breakfast. Absolutely no reaction. No urgency. No evacuation. None of the staff knew what to do. Unable to silence alarm until fire brigade arrived.The upside is it is Well located. The breakfast is good .The staff is polite

We stay at the Novotel every year for a long weekend. The 2bd apartments are unique in that you get hotel offerings when staying in an apartment. The rooms are very tired, but they are clean and generally maintained to a livable standard. The service during the day across the bar and restaurant is hit and miss. The individual staff are lovely, which makes me wonder if they are just under resourced?

The room was nice, however the shower was very small and not great shower pressure. The aircon was groaning all through the night which woke me up a few times throughout. As soon as the toilet flushed the room smelled like sewerage. The breakfast was lovely, as well as the staff, for the reputation the Novotel provides there are many faults needed to make it match.
