Welcoming and helpful staff. Superb location, right next to the station, cafes and restaurants. Excellent communication from the start of the booking as Novotel sent an email advising how to locate the hotel from the Gare de Lyon station. Helpful and accommodating staff. Good to get great hospitality in Paris. Thank you. Also Wifi speed was excellent for us (but we didn't try streaming movies so we can't advise on that). We would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

A very comfortable stay in a well appointed room, which was kept clean and fresh by Sylla throughout my stay. Good breakfast offering, spoilt only by the buffet layout which caused congestion for guests and staff. On site restaurant served an interesting dinner menu and lobby bar was comfortable and relaxed.
