I was extremely satisfied - not only the room was very well prepared (with an excellent view), but the service has also been superb, especially the check-in, the colleague has been very much customer-oriented and effective.

Friendly staffs and thank you for the complimentary drinks in the mini bar. The room size is ok but the size of the bathroom is not enough for a fatter guy.

The reception was cold and aloof. There were no slippers provided and they cost £5 to purchase. There were no fitness centres or gym or pool or sauna. The cleaners popped in twice when I'm already back in the room ard 3-4pm and they conveniently don't clean my room. Hence, I hardly had my room cleaned during the time I was there. Unlike the Asian hotels where room service is expected to be in the morning when you are out, this hotel is anytime between 9am to 4pm and even if you are sleeping in the room, they will pop in and leave.
