I was really happy with this ibis the room was incredibly clean, perhaps the cleanest hotel room I've ever been to. It was pretty quiet and very well located near metro, tram and bus stops that take you anywhere in the city which was good for a solo traveller like me that wanted to see everything and also very walkable to places as well.

Thank you for your feedback. We are delighted to hear that you had such a positive experience and that your room was exceptionally clean and quiet. It is also great to know that our convenient location and easy access to public transport made exploring the city smooth and enjoyable for your solo trip. We look forward to welcoming you back to Ibis Budapest City. Kind regards, László Quality Manager

Hi there, the room was not very clean at the bag holder.

Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased that our central location was convenient for your stay. At the same time, we apologize for the issue with street noise and the lack of cleanliness around the luggage rack in your room. This falls short of our usual standards, and your comments regarding cleanliness have been shared directly with our housekeeping team to ensure stricter inspection. We look forward to welcoming you back to Ibis Budapest City. Kind regards, László Quality Manager
