We stayed for 10 days and truly appreciated its convenient location - just steps away from the train and bus connections, making it easy to reach restaurants and shopping malls. The staff was consistently nice, helpful, and friendly, which added to the welcoming atmosphere. The buffet breakfast was fine, though the selection stayed the same throughout our 10 days. Our room was clean and well-kept, but we noticed there were no disposable toothbrushes provided, unlike other hotels we've tried. Overall, it was a convenient and satisfying experience.

Our room was clean and was able to fit 3 adults (which is a challenge at some hotels). The sofa bed was already made up when we got there, which was appreciated. Breakfast was very nice, with a large variety and long hours. The dining room staff was quick to refill food and clean tables. Every staff member we encountered was kind and helpful. The hotel itself is located near 2 bus stops, which make getting into town very easy. The area felt very safe to walk around.

Location is ok for my trip purpose. Breakfast is okay. Personnel mostly very kind. Room was clean. Please improve: freshness of the rooms/corridors. They still smell like old tobacco/dust, just like already over 10 years ago. Elevators could use more speed. Front desk needs two people rather than one, check in can be slow.

Rooms are a bit dated, but the floor carpeting in front of the rooms on 2nd floor is worn to the thread and obviously badly needs some complete exchange. Despite of an online check-in prior to arrival, still an analogue filling-in of some forms was necessary at the reception. - Looks like room for a process improvement.

Very well located, close to the Elben Tunnel. Free parking is available near two electric charging points provided by the City of Hamburg, right in front of the hotel. The welcome was very professional yet very friendly and pleasant, from all the staff. The room met Mercure standards and was absolutely perfect. Please note that there are very limited rooms available for guests travelling with a dog, so a request must be made in advance. However, guests or families travelling with a dog are very warmly welcomed if the hotel has the capacity. A pleasant, high-quality restaurant, though not always open. We experienced this on two consecutive occasions. The bar can serve as an alternative, but the choice of snacks is limited, with no option for dessert or pasta – the selection is restricted to Flamenkuch and pizza. Excellent breakfast with a wide choice. Check-out was really easy and friendly; easy access to the motorway, which is nearby and easily accessible. Note that there are Tesla charging points nearby in the car park of a shopping centre (about 3/4 km away). Finally, there was an issue with the check-in regarding my All Accor membership card: as the booking was made using an email address rather than a name, the reservation was in my wife’s name rather than mine, meaning I’m missing out on points and benefits. It’s a shame this problem couldn’t be resolved despite repeated reminders and requests.

Nice clean hotel. Staff were nice. The beds are very hard so we woke up every morning feeling sore. We toke the mattress from the sleeping sofa and put it on the bed to help but it was still very hard. The pillows were good. Food was delicious.
