Our stay was truly wonderful. Check in was easy and the staff were friendly and efficient. Our room was fantastic with lovely ocean views and the cockatoos came by to say g’day. The beds were really comfortable and the bathroom large and clean. The local area had heaps to keep the kids entertained, with a pretty good playground and plenty of places to grab a bite. The pool however, was cold as they were cleaning it after a storm before our arrival, but the surf temperature was pleasant.

Excellent location, but we were not informed before arriving that parking would cost $39 extra per night! The room was lovely, except for the extremely high step in and out of the bath/shower (with no hand rails to grip) which my older husband struggled with - quite dangerous for older guests. Also, night check-in staff were less than helpful when I explained we had been charged twice for the same night, they said to take it up with Booking.com. However the morning staff were able to organise a refund for us no problem.
