We stayed for one night my husband and two kids. Upon arrival the lobby placement is confusing the lobby is in front of a restaurant with no sign indicating it is a lobby so it seems more the desk of the hostess of the restaurant than an actual lobby. The rooms were ok quiet and sufficient for what we needed however the floor was a little dusty, for checkout again there no clear instructions the staff seems to be in training after waiting for a while and someone cutted the line we were told that we only needed to leave the Keys at the desk, it wouldve been helpful and time saying if the lady doing the checkout told us or again place a sign with the instructions. Overall I will say it was an ok stay readonably priced and sufficient for what we needed.

Very good hotel with a bad access system

It was a pleasure to stay in this Novotel Hotel but I faced a lot of issue with my access card. I had to reactivate it 5-6 times a day. Everything else was good - stuff is friendly, pool is good, rooms are clean.

I had a good time at the hotel with my family. The reception host was friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the swimming pool and worked out in the gym. Plenty of space to relax in the lounge. My children were very pleased with the atmosphere want to have the same experience again next holiday.
