I understand that the hotel is undergoing renovations and that I have to cross from one hotel to another outdoors to go to breakfast, but what I don't understand and can't accept is that the hotel television doesn't work and, after calling reception several times, they didn't even bother to fix the problem.

Muchas gracias por haberse tomado el tiempo de compartir su experiencia con nosotros. Hemos revisado lo ocurrido y tenemos constancia de que durante su estancia se puso en contacto con recepción para informar de un problema con la señal de la televisión mientras estaba viendo el partido. Desde recepción se notificó inmediatamente la incidencia al departamento de mantenimiento. Posteriormente se nos informó de que la situación había sido revisada y, por ese motivo, entendimos que el problema había quedado resuelto. Lamentablemente, parece que no fue así y debimos habernos asegurado de realizar un mejor seguimiento de la incidencia. Sentimos muchísimo que esta situación afectara a su estancia. No es en absoluto la forma en la que nos gusta trabajar ni el nivel de servicio que queremos ofrecer a nuestros huéspedes. Le pedimos sinceramente disculpas por las molestias ocasionadas y revisaremos este caso con los equipos implicados para evitar que una situación similar vuelva a repetirse. Agradecemos sinceramente sus comentarios y esperamos poder tener la oportunidad de darle la bienvenida nuevamente en el futuro y ofrecerle una experiencia mucho más satisfactoria. I was totally confused. I booked the Pullman Hotel Madrid Airport & Feria. When I arrived at the airport I contacted Uber. I could not find the Pullman Hotel so I typed the address. The Uber driver had no I idea about the Pullman Hotel. We drove around Avd. Capital de Espana 10. There was no Pullman Hotel. Finally I called the hotel from the Uber car and I was told to look for a blue sign with white writing for Novotel Deluxe. We were right in front. No one notified me that the Pullman was closed permanently and Novotel Deluxe was under construction and there was a temporary entrance. The reception area was horrible. Luckily all the rooms were renovated, actually brand new, and they were very nice and modern. No complaints at all. Every morning we had to exit the hotel and have breakfast at the Novotel Plaza Hotel next door.

I was surprised that the hotel was in the middle of a huge renovation with workmen, dust, noise and vehicles all over the place. With a rate of € 398/night this should have been mentioned in advance or offer guest a voucher for their next stay.

On the side lf service, there is nothing but positive, whether reception, breakfast or bar staff, everyone was very friendly. The one down side is the age of the hotel which shows in the state of the rooms and furniture. Unfortunately due to this aspect the value gor money is imbalanced, again for this factor only which I know well isnt something that can be influenced by staff but should be noted as feedback to the Management, Ownership and Brand.
