All the staff are very professional, friendly and happy to give you any information on the cities attractions. Rooms very small but very clean with nice comfortable beds. Bathroom ok with good walk in shower. Breakfast choice more than adequate with plenty of seating so no need to rush for breakfast. Sadly hot food choice very poor. When you get back in the evening there was hot Glufien at reception, however you had to pay for this. It would have been a nice gesture if this was free. Location of hotel was great. Short walk across canal bridge to train and tram stops with city centre just few minutes walk further on. Overall a good hotel.

The room, as per our reservation, was a standard one. Anyway it was not really spacious and not particulary clean. The staff at the reception was really friendly especially the sir on afternoon shift and the young lady who assisted us by the payment in the morning.
