We had high expectations of Cerretani Hotel. They were very reponsive over email when we requested for a cake for my aunt's 60th which they delivered but I think the cake was left in the room for a while? We notified them of check-in time but when we arrived it was a bit melted. We also didn't feel super welcomed at check-in because the front desk staff answered the phone while checking us in and it all felt really brief and rushed (lack of staff?). Also, didn't like that the hotel didn't have a drop-off point so when we had to park our car in front of the hotel to unload and load our luggage, it was really stressful knowing we were blocking traffic. Our welcome drinks could also only be redeemed when the bar was open but every other hotel we have stayed in, allowed us to redeem drinks at the breakfast bar (we just wanted coffee). Overall good stay because of the fantastic location, thank you!

Overall really good experience. Very helpful front desk staff. We arrived early and were allowed to drop off our luggage while we toured the city. Very close to major local attractions and food!
