The location was great, so highly recommend for anyone who wants to stay around the Eiffel Tower. The room and especially the bathroom was very small but I guess you should expect this when in Paris.

Based on the other reviews, i was expecting the room size to be small. What was surprising was how rude the check in staff were. We arrived earlier than the check-in time and were told by on the staff that there will be an additional fee to check-in early. We decided to wait till the check-in time. But later noticed several other guests being allowed to check-in without having to pay the extra fee. The staff was rude through the process and finally let us check-in after wasting hours.

The location was great and the room satisfactory. The shower only having "shampoo / face wash / hand soap" all in one was strange - I've been in other Ibis hotels where there is at least a separate shampoo. The lack of facial tissue was also slightly disappointing. I did experience a challenge where I participated in skip the clean each of my 4 nights there, however I didn't receive credit. Upon completing the missing points ticket I was told my sign was only recorded on the door for one night, despite me never removing it. From an operational standpoint, something should be changed to ensure accurate record keeping. Also, as a gold member who has stayed at ALL for 34 nights this year, needing to go back and forth over 200 or 300 points seems ridiculous

I am sorry if you were disappointed with the all-in-one shampoo. It is a standard ibis product that you will find in all our other hotels. As for tissues, in line with our Green Key certification and for environmental reasons, we do not provide them. Regarding your experience with the skip-the-clean program, I sincerely regret the confusion with the points. As explained to you at the front desk, all your points have indeed been credited to you. However, we are obligated to check your room after 3 days for hygiene reasons, which explains the confusion. We appreciate your loyalty as a gold member and thank you for your understanding.
