I stayed at Le Louis Hotel at Versailles several times for business reasons mainly but also with my family for leisure reason, and I'm always happy to go back there. All staff are very professional. There are a lot of choices of good meals and breakfasts, including gluten free options. The rooms have good size with all convenient facilities. The only kickup is the shower/bath tap which leaks quite intensively although it does not stop to take a shower/bath. But I had the same problem in different rooms during several stays. I have highlighted it during my previous stay about the room I was, but it seems many rooms have the same problem, and others, i.e. desk light not working, so I stopped to alert being a bit frustrated that the maintenance checks are not at the same level of the rest of the activities. One very good point is the fitness room with the spa, which is very good and among other things it's opened 24/24H, so I can take the opportunity to use it which I cannot otherwise in other hotels due to my working hours and short stays.

This hotel is modern yet cozy, located 5 minutes of the Castle / Chateau of Versailles. Ideal location to make a trip to Paris. Train station 2 minutes from the hotel. Many restaurants within walking distance as well as several bakeries and grocery stores. The staff was EXTREMELY attentive (a special thanks to Javier, very friendly and helpful during the checkc in and check out). Excellent breakfast; everything is available (eggs, fruits, yaourt, grains, bread, jam, choco, different kind of cheese, salmon, fresh juice, latte, cappuccino, ... The breakfast was constantly replenished, nothing was missing. Our room was on the 3rd floor, excellent view on the street site. The room was very clean and spacious, everything present, very good mattress.

The staff were lovely. Bed was good, pillows very nice. Breakfast was very good. Dinner was horrible, had Entrecôte and I’d say the kitchen purchased an old dairy cow. It was very disappointing in the amount of gristle. Had French fries that were cold and dessert was way way too large and runny soufflé.
