It’s a good central location with great parking. Staff were lovely but in the evening only having one member of staff to cover reception, bar, room service and whatever crops up seems rather extreme. That said we did have a positive overnight stay.

Comfortable and spacious rooms. Good pool, nice and friendly people in reception. Specially good the water dispenser in the door and the refilling bottle. This is an outstanding idea. Congratulations. Really good and comfortable parking. And location is also a plus, walking distance from the center and very easy to reach coming from the highway. Also nice to be able to check out at noon. Really nice experience. We will be back. Thanks.

Staff good, restaurant good, building and decor tiered, faulty air-conditioning but your staff put us in an alternate room. Many other customers didn't have a choice. I question the 4 star rating. Car charger price is extortionate when compared to a commercial garage. Suggest you visit the Mercure at la Rochelle. Please take this feedback constructively.

We are always satisfied for staying at the hotel and the staff on the checkin are great. The room was clean but only it was a shame thar there was a strange chemical smell. I think they used a carpet cleaner. But we are coming back. Thank you

From the moment we arrived, we were made welcome and given useful info about the hotel and surrounding area. We were able to charge our EV overnight, meaning our onward travel was not delayed at all. Our room was very clean, spacious and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable.
