It stands out, that Germany is just not international, and both text and staff were below average for speaking english. The room was ok, the breakfeast was good. View and interior was also ok. We were looking for something cosy and affordable. The bathtub was broken, which is a real mark against our stay.

Very nice hotel in a central location Public transport very close by. Rooms are clean and nicely done. As Hamburg is considered a Port city hotel is themed as such which was a nice touch. Only thing that surprised me was no kettle or coffee machine in the room

I had booked using my points, but the staff tried to charge me full price. Not expecting such procedure or attitude as my booking was saying points + $$.

Friendly staff, clean hotel, good food, extensive breakfast buffet, good conference rooms. One minor criticism – the toilets and washbasins in the conference area are very low, at least in the ladies' room. People with back/hip/knee problems will find this difficult.
