Every member of staff I met was friendly and helpful. The room had everything I needed and was very comfortable. I loved the informative artwork on the walls. Excellent shower! The hotel had a very pleasant atmosphere throughout. Thank you for a lovely first stay in beautiful Amsterdam.

We had a fantastic time at Ink Hotel Amsterdam! We arrived after an overnight transatlantic flight, and our check-in staff member was SO kind and attentive. While our room wasn't ready (we were approx 6 hours early for check-in), she helped us check our bags with the concierge and gave us great advice for where to get coffee and breakfast. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we had a speedy check-out experience.

Lovely, helpful friendly staff at the desk to greet you. Rooms are spacious, beds are very comfortable. We we're celebrating a birthday during our stay. I'd emailed the hotel and asked what they could do as a birthday surprise. They had made two cakes for the birthday girl, decorated the room with balloons and roses it was beautiful. The hotel staff are very tentative and make you feel very welcome. Great location for sightseeing We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at the Ink. The staff were so friendly and helpful especially the reception staff when we checked in. They made us feel so welcome and recognised we were platinum members of the Accor membership scheme. The rooms were lovely, with a welcome message from management and an upgrade, a free soft drink minibar and snacks which was much appreciated. The hotel is extremely well located for exploring Amsterdam with a tram stop just outside the hotel and within 5 minute walk to Centraal station. Would highly recommend.
