The whole experience was very laid back, informal and relaxing. This is in no small part due to the staff. I must give credit to Antoine, he was so friendly and helpful. The pool area is great nd open until 9pm which I found most convenient. Also a massive plus for me as someone who drinks a lot of water was the water station located just near the lobby. Guests could have as much sparkling or still water as they needed. My room was perfect, overlooking the pool and with a great balcony useful for enjoying a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The cleaning staff were also lovely. Thank you. I will most definitely be returning.

The breakfast certainly needs improving. The fruit salad was old. The yogart was bland. The eggs were made from a powder. The bathroom floors need renovating. Your televison options should include program language choices in English. And have current 2026 programing.

We arrived at 1.45 PM on a Friday to attend a wedding. I had spoken to the hotel in advance requesting an early check-in (I am also a loyalty member); the first lady at the reception told me that she would try. We needed to change and leave at 3 PM; hence I asked again at 2.15 PM; the second lady rudely told me that 'check in is at 3 PM, so we can't do anything'. I requested her but she just would not listen. Finally at 2.45 I requested her again, asking that sure 'one' room would be available 15 minutes before time - she reluctantly checked and gave us a room. This was not we expected from an Accor group hotel.

A good location with a difficult parking for large cars ,an hotel in need of room "modernisation " I am comparing with the IBIS golf of St Tropez hotel. The breakfast layout far too dispersed..in need of more "concentration ". The need for anti slipping material in bathtub combined with shower.

The room was clean and well kept. Very comfortable the whole week. Very friendly staff. The Bartender was highly accommodating for all kinds of English drinks.
