⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent stay at Novotel Bangkok The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Tizz who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had a great view. The breakfast buffet was delicious and varied. Perfect location for exploring Bangkok. Highly recommend!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the front desk team. The kids loved the swimming pool, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety. Housekeeping did a great job, our rooms was always clean and tidy.
