It’s a hotel that is well located, neat to siam square and Siam paragon. Due to the good location, it’s also a very busy hotel. During peak check out hours in the morning (around 9-10am), it may be difficult to get a lift down to the first floor. Apart from this timing, it was ok. Rooms are big, clean and very comfortable. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. As it’s a very busy hotel, you may encounter some situations with annoyed staff due to entitled guests. So some patience will be needed as it’s also tough for the hotel staff.

This hotel is extremely tired and needs refurbishment. The public areas do not reflect the run down rooms
