During my stay with my family that included 5 young children , the corridor that we stayed on (level 12) had a persistent cigarette smoke smell coming from a specific area (rooms 1220, 1221), even though there was a clear no smoking sign on the walls of the corridor. I raised it up with the concierge on 3 separate occasions over the 4 days that we stayed on and on all 3 occasions the staff apologized and promised to send security to look into it. But the problem was obviously not rectified - the smoke smell would quell for a few hours and then return again, EVERY DAY. It was really very upsetting as I had young kids who should not be exposed to cigarette smoke especially not within a hotel that is supposedly advertised to have smoke-free rooms.

location is great rooms are nicely furnished and quiet downsides: limited laundry service: if you don't give your laundry before 3PM, you can only give it to laundry the day after, which will give it back under express set-up by say 6-8PM if express, so you can easily end up with *more* than 24 hours wait for laundry, even paying express, which is annoying.

Concierge and other service staff were very helpful and friendly. Room service was prompt and professional, constantly checking in on our well-being and how our stay had been. During my four-night stay there, I had the chance to use the gym in the morning on two occasions and found it well-equipped. Despite not using the pool, I saw it being used by other hotel patrons and the pool appeared very well-maintained and clean.
