Extremely helpful staff under difficult circumstances. They couldn’t do enough for us. Room very clean and comfortable and well situated close to the centre of Honfleur. Only two small problems: no instructions on using the telephone in the room and it was a type we’ve not seen before and the road outside was very noisy!

We stayed at the Mercure-Honfleur for 2 days, very friendly staff, perfect position, comfortable and safe parking, the only thing I would say is with the parking, when it’s very busy you can struggle to park as a all spaces were either taken or spaces left were too narrow, especially if you have a big car, but I couldn’t fault the hotel.

Room was clean and air conditioning worked well. Lovely view towards the river. Would definitely visit again. My only concern was the poor WiFi connection.
