Perfect until denied late checkout... I understand that you were ALMOST sold out on the day of my departure, but was told I could not use my Accor Gold privileges on the day of my departure. At least I could store my luggage. I understand that you had tour buses coming in, but part of a loyalty program is being able to identify the business guests you will see again, versus the tourists you will never see again. I am definitely considering you as my base hotel for Germany/Belgium trips, and hope for a better experience in the future. Edward I.
