We were welcomed by a very helpful member of staff who checked us in very quickly and professionally. The room was very well appointed, with all the modern conveniences that you'd need. My only small comment would be that the AC was limited to 18 degrees which was a little warm. Breakfast was a buffet with hot and cold selections available. All staff were very helpful throughout the staff.

We stayed a couple of nights. Staff were super helpful and served with a smile. What was important for us was location to the centre of town, comfortable rooms, and an EV charger for the car. Excellent on all three. As for value for money, we still had to pay extra for breakfast and for parking. If these were both included in the original price, I’d say the stay was excellent value for money, otherwise it would categorise the stay as slightly more on the expensive side.

Hotel lovely and so were staff but we were very disappointed with the swimming, when we went to book we were told there were loads of slots and could book later, when it came to booking there was only 9.30pm left as they close for adults only between 8pm-9pm. That late with a 10 year old and 3 year old isnt exactly great, my son is autistic and we managed a day out on the promise of a swim so couldn't say no. Again the hotel was lovely, staff nice, breakfast amazing but the main reason we booked that hotel was for swimming and we were very disappointed.
