Deluxe room was comfortable and spacious. Canal view was a bonus. Location is a bit far from the city centre and station, while the surroundings are extremely quiet in the evenings.

The room was lovely. I really enjoyed the room. The housekeeping staff were friendly. Sam in reception was very friendly and a breath of fresh air. The ladies who checked me in were indifferent and left a bad impression which spoilt the start of my stay. The stay was then better over the following two days and I thank you.
