Lovely hotel and very nice room too although a lot of mirrors in the suite! It really would of been a 10 but the staff when walking past you in the corridor didn't say Hi or acknowledge you in anyway. Even the Trainee ignored us... yet we are the paying guests! Terrible customer service! And unless you pay for the members subscription, the internet is terrible and slow.

Loved it, the bed was very comfortable, loved the Ritual amenities in the bathroom. The room was renovated and felt clean, definitely good value for money. Only negative is how crowded the pool was as some large families disregarded the staffs notice that their 30 min slots were over. Somehow a better management of this would improve the experience. Maybe offer longer slots of 1h would probably make people respect stick to the end of their time as 30 min feels rushed with kids. Breakfast was good, good location as well.

We chose this hotel because we wanted to use swimming pool as part of our. Is it. At the time we had allocated the pool was closed to guests as rented out for baby classes

Everything was fine apart from the 16:40 check in time which is so annoying being that late in the day. Also we had a room on second floor & walls & ceiling were very thin so could hear every footstep being taken above us & every movement & word being spoken next to us. Apart from that good location & good facilities.

Welcomed really quickly in reception and it was great our room was ready. Just a couple of little things I feel could improve the hotel. I feel carpeted rooms would be so much better and feel more cosy. Also I think a small gym in this hotel would just pip it to be a 9 or 10 on the scoring chart. But this is just my opinion.
