I had confirmed well in advance by email that we would have two bed sheets for our stay, and the hotel assured me this wouldn’t be an issue. At check-in, they even mentioned our request, but when we got to the room, there was only one sheet. We asked twice more during our stay and were told, ‘Yes, we’ll take care of it,’ but nothing ever happened. After that, we didn’t trust them anymore and decided not to leave our luggage at the hotel after check-out, wondering if that might turn into a problem too. That said, the location of the hotel is great, and the breakfast, especially the freshly baked bread, was a highlight. Unfortunately, the lack of follow-through on our request affected our overall experience.

Good location if you’re visiting the Accor Arena next door (which I wasn’t). It’s also close to Cinémathèque Française and Parc de Bercy. I also recommend a trip to Bois de Vincennes, which is also relatively nearby. Outside the hotel can get extremely busy when there are sports events on at the arena (as I found). The bar was also ‘closed for lunch’ at 21:30, sobI had to return for my ‘welcome’ drink at 22:30. The walls are not soundproof so you may hear more than you bargained for from neighbouring rooms.
