I recently stayed at ibis Styles Paris Bercy with my family and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing due to significant hygiene issues. On our third night, we discovered black mould around the window in our room. This not only made the space unappealing but also seemed to have contributed to skin irritations for both of us. Unfortunately, my daughter ended up with a rash on her face, which caused her a lot of discomfort and kept her from sleeping. While the staff were responsive to our concerns, promptly changing our room, the overall experience was still very distressing. It is alarming to think of the potential health risks associated with such conditions. I hope the hotel takes immediate action to address the cleanliness issues to ensure the safety and comfort of future guests. I cannot recommend this hotel until these the conditions be improved.

Had a good stay. The hotel was full but the staff coped well. There was a problem with our silver member drink vouchers which took time to resolve.
