Living away from home for that long isn’t easy, but the team at this hotel transformed what could have been a challenging period into something genuinely comforting and enjoyable. From day one, the service was nothing short of outstanding. The housekeeping team deserves special recognition—my room was always immaculate, refreshed with care, and consistently maintained to the highest standard. The housekeeper assigned to my floor was truly exceptional, going above and beyond every single day. Her attention to detail, warmth, and reliability made my room feel like a true sanctuary. The restaurant staff also played a huge role in making my extended stay feel like home. Marta, Saundra, and Jacinto were simply incredible. They greeted me each morning and evening with genuine smiles, thoughtful conversation, and service that struck the perfect balance between professional and personal. Whether it was remembering my usual order, checking in on how my day was going, or making sure I had everything I needed, they created an atmosphere of comfort that I will never forget. Their kindness made the hotel feel less like a temporary residence and more like a community. The amenities, food, and overall ambience at the Sofitel were consistently impressive, but it’s the people—especially the housekeeper and the exceptional restaurant team of Marta, Saundra, and Jacinto—who truly set this hotel apart. Locations is awesome. the room and the hotel itself has a beautiful design/decoration. The only negative was the pool location, it was so far from everything and wasnt very inviting. No jacuzzi either:(. Will definitely stay here again!

Good location, close to my daughter's home, restaurants, shopping and they accept dogs. We enjoy breakfast at the hotel, especially the French pressed coffee. Service throughout the hotel is excellent.
