All the Reception staff member are extremely polite and helpful - looks like the hotel has gathered a very good team. The customer service skills are really high and you can always feel the friendly approach. The hotel is very clean and in a good condition. The breakfast is really good compared to other Novotel hotels. Overall I am really glad to have stayed in this hotel. The only negative remark would be somewhat unfriendly staff attitude of the female bartender in the hotel lobby bar. No eye contact, no greetings, no recognition - something from another era where customer service skills were not known (she definitely stands out :). Once again, I would like to say a big thank-you for making my stay a success.

This hotel is perfect if you are going to a concert to the Accor Area next door, or taking a train from either Gare de Lyon or gare de Bercy. It’s also near the Peripherique so very easy to get in and out of the city. The hotel itself is welcoming, the team was young and professional. The hotel was kept very clean in the common areas as well as in the rooms. My superior room & bathroom were spacious and comfortable, although the hotel could provide a body lotion & hair conditioner like many hotels now do. The only other thing the room was missing in my opinion was a fridge as I like to keep yogurts or other fresh products to take back home, and a water bottle. For the price of the room, these things are to be expected.

During my stay I had a very uncomfortable interaction with a staff member while sitting in the hotel lobby. Although I confirmed that I was a guest and showed my Accor app, the staff member insisted I follow him to verify my details and spoke in a very confrontational manner. When I asked to speak with a manager, the situation unfortunately did not improve and the attitude remained dismissive. I have stayed in many Accor properties and this was far from the level of professionalism and courtesy I would normally expect. I hope the hotel reviews this incident and ensures a more respectful approach to guests in the future

The hotel is well located and the service is good. The staff are friendly. The big hiccup in the room is having the toilet apart from the bathroom and not having a sink with it to wash your hands.
