Missing amenities in the room, when it is not stained by a yellow liquid, toilet with a door that does not lock. Phone in the room does not ring, which caused one of our visitors to wander around the hotel for 2 hours before being able to get to the room.

A friendly welcome. A clean room, although small. It’s odd having no basin next to the toilet and in a separate section of the room. Towels and bedding were changed as requested during our four night stay. The air conditioning was poor/broken and it was difficult to have the window open at night due to the extreme noise coming from people outside queuing in the early hours to attend a club (I assume). I wouldn’t return or recommend and would suggest spending more on a central hotel if visiting Paris.

A great place to stay for a trip to Paris as a Family

We stayed at this hotel for a week whilst supporting a family member competing in the Paralympics. Perfect location as it was right next to the Bercy arena. Hotel smells amazing and that is then replicated with its cleanliness, honestly we couldn’t fault it. This would have been a 10 star review for me but our daughter has a severe dairy allergy and the breakfast buffet didn’t offer her what I thought it would in comparison to other Novotel we have stayed at - there was a variety of plant based milk which was great. However no allergens were noted on any of the food, such as scrambled eggs which left me unsure if she could have them. When I asked about a vegan spread for her toast this wasn’t available. None of the cakes or pastries were available for her either. That said this for us was something we navigate a lot and on some levels had prepared for. The hotel really was great, perfect location for navigating the city with 2 children.
