I have given 10th floor room, in that sockets were limited and old ones. Maybe that can be updated and breakfast experience was not that good because of so crowd.

good location and breakfast, the room not set up nicely because ther is not outlets next to both sides of the bed and the outlets that are do exists are not in comfortable places and the water not staying hot when showring it is going from hot to cold every 5 second.

The hotel’s location is great and very close to the Milano Centrale station amongst other attractions. The rooms are quite small as mentioned in the room description. I did not get a genuine recognition as a gold member in the loyalty program, just a ‘I can see you have a gold card’ upon check-in. Overall the stay was comfortable and I would mainly recommend it to solo travelers for a one or two night stay.

The location was good, the room could have been bigger but the worst part was we were given a room next to a common area while the receptionist told us that our room is in located on far right in the quiet area. We just stopped for 5 hours to sleep through the night and even that couldn’t be handled well by Ibis. The room was too noisy.

Overall our stay was very good. We ate in the restaurant on 2 evenings and the food was extremely good, probably the best food we had in Milan , and very reasonably priced. Breakfast was good and never too busy. The bedroom did feel a little small and basic but was very clean and the room was cleaned every day to a high standard. We did miss not having a kettle in the room to make a hot drink as you do come to expect this in most hotels. We were able to walk to anywhere we wished to visit in Milan. The train station was only 15 minutes and the centre of Milan about 25 to 30 minutes.
