We have stayed 2 nights in this hotel, design of the room was soo small , our luggages has to be in the middle of the room, not usefull, electric plugs was not enough, around the bed there was no plug, we had to use chargers one by one, breakfast could have more options when you are in italy(had better options in another ibis), one of the elevaitor was not working there was lots of people waiting for the elevaitor and when we left it was the same.

We had a quick overnight stay as we came in from Florence and were catching a flight out of Malpensa the next morning. The room was great for a family of three with two singles and a double bed.
