The room was spacious and the buffet breakfast was great. Location was good, close to the bus stop which will take you to the attractions. A little disappointed that the basic amenities such as dental kit and such were not included.

Even the staff was amazing, I have noticed that the cleaness of the room was not at the level. Room floor was not cleaned.

I am totally satisfied with the hotel, including the breakfast, the room and the services. Unfortunately, one of the elevators broken down on the day of my check-out, so I called for help. The dispatcher tried to help but it was a difficult situation, since she hardly spoke English (I cannot speak Spanish). After a certain amount of time she hung up the phone, therefore I called my colleague (who was was also preparing for the check-out). Somehow the elevator opened its door, so I was trapped in not more then 10-12 minutes. Besides that, everything was fine.
