I had a 2 night stay at the hotel, I found the staff to be friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. The room and particularly the bathroom was spotlessly clean, I don't have any negative comments about the hotel, it's basic but conveniently located with good public transport connections to the Airport.

As always a comfortable stay.

I usually use this hotel for work, however having been furloughed for several months it was great to pop back for a short 3 night break in London with my partner. An hour door to door to Leicester Square using the local bus to Heathrow Central bus station to catch the Piccadilly Line. The hotel is quiet and lacking it’s usual buzz, but the standards and service remain high. Every member of staff greeted us warmly and couldn’t do enough for us. Immaculately clean rooms and public areas thanks to the housekeeping staff. We even saw the receptionist cleaning all the touch points around the reception area, lifts and vending machines. Covid protocols excellent, one way systems, hand sanitizer outside every entrance and lift. Breakfast is served to you to, to save everyone touching the buffet, and a cooked breakfast made to order is available. There are some new additions to the now full evening meal menu which we tried and throughly enjoyed. Rates at Heathrow are very competitive and the ability to get into central London quickly and easily makes it an ideal location for a few days away in a relatively deserted capital. Full marks to the team who keep smiling however difficult life can be in the hotel trade currently.

Clean and comfortable, a good night's rest friendly and helpful staff ,I would recommend this hotel as its on the main Bath Rd A4 a good selection of buses that run past the hotel.

I arrived about 20:00. Checked-in and the man checking me in recognized me and said, « Welcome back ». That made me feel good. Room was clean and everything worked. Easy check-out!!

Felt very Covid secure with good screens to protect staff and guests. Room comfy but shower attachment broken so couldn’t enjoy a nice morning shower, advised reception on departure and received a “sorry”

Very pleased to see the bar restaurant open, Dorota and Jose were excellent offering a warm sincere service nothing was too much trouble and enhanced our stay at the Ibis Heathrow Hotel. The enhanced menu was perfect offering a good choice of food, especially the Peri Peri chicken ! Well done

I stayed for four nights due to work commitments , I was warmly welcomed at check in and on the two occasions that I used the restaurant. The room as always was clean and comfortable and the Wi-Fi very quick. I always love the fact that I can open the window.

Shower water way too hot and impossible to adjust, faucet seemed inoperative. A/C simply not good enough. Fan at full speed and temperature all the way down to minimum, still too hot in the room.

Great overnight stay before flight. Attentive and friendly staff. Rooms while a little small, were clean, bedding spotless. Ate in the restaurant for supper, food very good and good value. Staff excellent. Little more work needed at breakfast, only 1 server on, and waited to be served, due yo Covid-19 restrictions, and each item was brought 1 by 1 which left you waiting for cutlery, butter, condiments etc. This could be improved.

I stay here quite regularly for work and I have to say the staff for me make this hotel what it is. They are always so welcoming and go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. Great covid measures in place, a safe place to stay.

During the covid 19 pandemic stayed at the Heathrow Ibis hotel, on arrival was warmly greeted by Maria and her team. Room service for dinner but again staff very helpful and adjusted my meal due to dietary requirements ! A big thank you to reception for the late check out and wonderful customer service !

I had a room booked for 15 nights paid up front, unfortunately for me my flight was brought forwards and Ibis wouldn’t refund my money just a voucher which I can’t use, as I won’t be returning to the uk in the near future. I was still there for 7 nights, so I wasn’t looking to cancel the 15 nights, but as I had a few flights cancelled I couldn’t afford to not take the revised flight. Disappointing from Ibis. Otherwise staff where great. Don’t pay up front.!!!

Dear Mr Davis I am very sorry to read your review, I understand you felt upset at not being able to receive a refund, I would like to take this opportunity to present some facts with regard to your booking. Your reservation was made on 12th November when this pandemic was in full swing, you had a choice at this time of booking a pre paid cheaper rate or a fully flexible rate, you chose the pre-paid option. When you arrived and explained the situation to us we agreed that instead of losing any money you could use your payment as a credit so that you could charge food & drinks to your bill, when you checked out we then gave you a voucher for the remaining amount so you could use this in the future, we were unable to give you a voucher for a hotel in Australia as this is outside our remit however we hoped you would use your voucher here in the UK with us. Whilst I understand we couldn't give you what you wanted I do believe we went out of our way to make sure you didn't lose all your money, for future I would recommend you book a flexible rate especially within the current pandemic. I must admit that previous accomodation was a desastre and I was pleasantly surprised to thd changes that were made in the meantime. Food was average, service was very much on the up and so all I can say is that I will stay there again.
