First of all I would like to say a big THANK YOU to the ibis team who allowed pets in the hotel I really really appreciate that. All my stays will be with IBIS now I felt welcomed i had no issues during my stay It was a great experience. Thanks to Ahmed who helped me with the membership he was helpful and thank you to the girl who served me with a beautiful smile was very helpful. Special thanks to Patsy who works in house keeping is an amazing person she was very helpful and sweet. Defo booking it again.

Clean rooms, but thats basically it. 1.5h queue for checkin 40min queue at the bar Wasted basically 2 hours on checking in and getting a pint, which should take no longer than 10 minutes in total. Most guests were pissed off because of this. Not Accor-group worthy. Give me my money back!!

I chose Ibis because I had read reviews that it was quiet and we were very pleased. As usual, this ibis was a good bargain - well-priced, comfortable bed, clean, quiet and the people working there were very kind. We were able to get a bus to and from Heathrow which was great.
