I don’t have a phone and am walking with a cane and happened to be quite sore that night I stayed. Yes I could have gone downstairs to ask for someone to knock on my door but I was too sore. With no phone I could not use the service there was in the room! Also a grip bar in bathroom would have been nice as toilet is quite low. Otherwise, nice stay and food in restaurant good.

Booked 2 rooms and have to separate into different floor.
