Horrible disappointing experience for an accord hotel. True embodiment of french stereotype bad service attitudes towards work. Room service stopped answering the phone 30 minutes before stated closing time and refused to do so despite is going down to speak with the night manager. The front desk employees did not care. I was traveling with two small kids and no food options other than salad or ugly sandwiches. The room was missing the entire container of soap product in the shower. And was dirty and uncomfortable. Checkout next day not much better rudely put off from one desk to another by employees that did not want to help. What an absolute blemish of a hotel on the accor name 🤮.

The signage and information for access to this hotel from Arrivals is very poor to non existent. First job is to find the CDGVal (automatic inter terminal and car park connection) and that is not straightforward. Once you get that to a car park, there is a fair old walk from it which, in the rain, would be dreadful! Room was excellent, bed comfortable, bathroom adequate but “restaurant” only served a fixed price buffet (31 Euro) which I do not like and did not want. Room service was a La carte and adequate but, if they can do that for room service, why could I not have it in the restaurant? Incidentally, you have to pay on delivery as opposed to charging to your room and you cannot add a tip to a credit card payment! Slept well which built me up for the trek back to the terminals!!

The Hotel Mercure CDG Airport and Convention is a pleasant hotel with very nice staff. My only complaints are that the hair dryer I was using stopped working mid-drying on the day of a very big presentation that I was giving for a conference and the air conditioning was less than sufficient. The room was very hot in the evening and it was difficult to cool down. Other than that, it is a nice hotel and I would stay again in the future.
