I have been charged for car parking even though all car parks were full and I had to park on the street. It’s infuriating as I know need to call to request a refund. Last year when I stayed I was charged $35 for room service and it was never refunded as promised when my order was lost and took 2 hours to arrive after multiple phone calls. That $35 was never refunded. And now I face the same thing with $20.28 for car parking. Will NOT stay again.
