Staff were awesome, friendly and professional. Small touches meant a lot, bottle of wine in the room and a beautiful cheese platter in the fridge. Pool was just the best for my Granddaughter, swim up bar looked inviting, but I didn't get a chance for a drink. Dinner was promptly served and was pretty good, lots of choice.

Very central to walk to lagoon, marina, shops etc. great pool and kids had loads of fun. Staff very friendly helpful, could do our washing and generally good facilities. Bar food OK, is chips etc.

We stayed here so the kids could enjoy the pool area and the kids club activities. They enjoyed it. I found the some of the staff quite rude, unfortunately. Overall, the stay was fine, but not great.

Check in was a bit slow. Staff were not very engaging. All the cushions in lounges near the bar closest to reception needed changing or a good clean as well as the tables. It all looked like it needed a makeover. Rooms are all quite nice and comfy since having a refurb after our last stay quite some time ago. Still value for money though.
