No parking available and the extra single bed I requested was not in the room on arrival, had to make several calls to reception and wait nearly 2hrs for bed to arrive..

We did a home city vacation.The Novotel was great Clean rooms. One of the best buffets The pool and swim up bar are great. The hotel is well located just a short walk to the esplanade.

Check in was good but bar staff were unpleasant, very bad odour outside the lifts on level 6 and cockroaches and ants in the bathroom.
