Our stay was very comfortable, beds were firm which I prefer. Only issue was at the restaurant that the drinks came out with your meal not before.

Room smelt musky and was not cleaned well. We asked for a blanket for the cot for our toddler and were delivered two towels and were told that’s all they have. Upon asking again we were told they would deliver an additional blanket to our room but never did. We purchased one ourselves the following day. All common areas were dirty and every time we sat at a table to eat we had to request the table be wiped. There was always empty drinks and food laying around on tables and by the pool. Reception staff were pleasant but most of the bar staff were extremely uninterested, often getting orders incorrect. Disappointing for the price.

As a female solo traveller, I decided to pay more for my accommodations to ensure that I would feel more comfortable but the hotel was quite lacklustre. The hotel has ants and reception was not kind or even understanding of the situation. I was given insect spray and told to spray any spots and go to sleep. There is also a fan installed in each bathroom but was told by reception that they don’t actually work so the room would get really humid after taking even a short shower.
