Only negative there is no aircondition in rooms

Good location and staff but no ac

This is probably my fault that i didnt go through room details but no AC in 2024 is an absurd. It was +30 degree outside and probably about the same inside. All that was in the room was a small fan. Really rough sleep in these temperatures. Definitely never going to stay in this hotel again.

Unfortunately no ACs, the rooms were hot. Rooms are very small, much smaller what they looked like on the website pictures.

Well located, Hot rooms, Good meals, Poor check-in experience We booked using the your website and added a note in the "Request Box" stating - Twin Beds Please". This was not read by the hotel staff when the rooms were allocated and on arrival this option was not available, despite there request being submitted on 28 Feb 2024 for a stay from the 20 July 2024 - Apparently, according to your reception staff, it was "Our Fault for Not Checking Ahead with the Hotel directly. There is nothing on the website to tell customers to do this!

You booked a standard room and that is what you got. Also on our website each room has a description of what the guest receives if they book it. Unfortunately, our staff was not able to give you a TWIN room, due to lack of it. Requests entered by our guests are verified and we do our best to fulfill them.
