Unfortunately, we have no control over this at the hotel level, and I am very sorry that this check-in negatively impacted your stay. We are also sorry that our pro-ecological initiatives, such as changing bed linen every 3 days or upon guest request, also had a negative impact on your rating. We used the online check-in but still had to queue upon arrival to receive our room keys and to fill out forms for our children - it would have been more efficient if we could have checked-in the children online as well. I entered my company data during online check-in but had to complete the information twice more upon check-in and check-out. A charging station for electric cars would be great. Room cleaning service only happened upon request.

Spacious, rather comfortable stay. Wifi and canal plus tv channels are working fine. Missed aircon a bit as it was very hot weekend. It smelled from toilet pipes sometimes. Swimming pool was open since 11, I would like to enjoy it earlier. I paid more for my reservation through accor app then available via super.com.

We stay in this hotel any time we visit Poznan. It's great. Lovely food and good location for walks. Swimming park near by. The only thing we could ask for this time is additional pillow- pillows are small and not substantial (but this is our preference only).

Good value for money for a family stay. Restaurant prices are inappropriately high for a 3* family hotel. Is should be simpler cuisine like pizza/pasta and not to cost a fortune for a family of 4. If the prices are lower, restaurant will make way more.

As the title said, very happy with the location breakfast and the reception, but the room was not cleaned properly even after we brought it to the reception. Nobody changed our coffee cups in the 4 days we stayed there

The hotel is situated in beautiful location to get around if we ever go to Poznan again we will definitely stay here again

Unfortunately my experience was not up to expectations. I booked a room through my employer booking site and was given a room without air conditioning and not in the same category I had chosen.

Its a nice hotel located at a beautiful location with very comfortable rooms and nice Pool view. The bathtub facility is great along with free filter water is a bonus. The pricing is also good, would love to come back

Although location is not the best for exploring Poznan, the hotel surprised us positively. Considering the price and it's 3 star rating, we were totally surprised by the friendly staff and great rooms and facilities. As ALL Gold, we got an upgrade and a very nice amenity in our room on check-in! Definitely recommend this hotel - very well managed. Just one thing: they should replace the sofas covering. Really uncomfortable.
