We received a sad news from home so we had to cancel the rest of the nights that we booked and we had to leave early. The staff prepared the breakfast for us for on the way.. which we really appreciated because we had to travel 16 hours that day ..

I stayed here recently on a work trip and really enjoyed it. Everything about the experience was great, but what really stood out was the service at reception from Maksym He was professional and polite from the start, and took the time to explain all the check-in details properly. I had some trouble with my payment, and he was super helpful in sorting it out. He also helped me with the invoice I needed for my company, walking me through everything patiently. Honestly, what could have been a headache turned into a quick and easy fix thanks to him On top of that, he gave me clear directions to the thermal baths and made sure I got the hotel discount. Just a really pleasant person to deal with overall The hotel itself is lovely too - cozy, very friendly staff, nice atmosphere. Big thanks again to Maksym. Genuinely one of the best service experiences I've had on any of my work trips, and I've stayed in a lot of hotels. Will be happy to come back if there will be a business need

Our room was clean and comfortable, but lacked sockets near the beds. The staff were very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the gym and pool were in another building quite a long walk away, and charged for entry with no discount. This was not what we were led to believe.
