The staff at the hotel are very friendly. The hotel is located conveniently both for trams and buses. The room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately due to the lack of air conditioning, the room tended to be stuffy and in need of fresh air rather than cosy. Despite that the room was very good. We also benefitted greatly from the water machines placed in the hallways. These were fantastic, and other Accor hotels would do well to follow this example.

Overall, I think this is a good hotel with spacious parking facilities. However, the breakfast was disappointing compared to other hotels of a similar standard. I would also suggest offering free or discounted parking for guests who use the hotel's restaurant. Even when dining at the restaurant, guests are still charged for parking, which makes it difficult to invite business clients to the hotel restaurant for meetings. I hope the hotel will consider improving these points.

During the entire stay, a very unpleasant smell of mold was present in the bathroom, apparently coming from the drainage pipes. This made staying in the room highly uncomfortable and significantly affected the overall comfort of the accommodation.

We used the online check-in but still had to queue upon arrival to receive our room keys and to fill out forms for our children - it would have been more efficient if we could have checked-in the children online as well. I entered my company data during online check-in but had to complete the information twice more upon check-in and check-out. A charging station for electric cars would be great. Room cleaning service only happened upon request.

Spacious, rather comfortable stay. Wifi and canal plus tv channels are working fine. Missed aircon a bit as it was very hot weekend. It smelled from toilet pipes sometimes. Swimming pool was open since 11, I would like to enjoy it earlier. I paid more for my reservation through accor app then available via super.com.

Jednocześnie jesteśmy zaskoczeni Pana komentarzem na temat cen i zapewniam, że pochylimy się nad tym tematem. Będę wdzięczny za informację kiedy Pana znajomi dokonywali rezerwacji? Być moze z większym wyprzedzeniem niż Pan, co wiąże się zawsze z niższą. W czasie doikonywania rezerwacji dostępne są również różne opcje jak rezerwacja gwarantowana lub elastyczna, które mają dość znacznie inne ceny. We stay in this hotel any time we visit Poznan. It's great. Lovely food and good location for walks. Swimming park near by. The only thing we could ask for this time is additional pillow- pillows are small and not substantial (but this is our preference only).

Good value for money for a family stay. Restaurant prices are inappropriately high for a 3* family hotel. Is should be simpler cuisine like pizza/pasta and not to cost a fortune for a family of 4. If the prices are lower, restaurant will make way more.

Overall experience was fine. Good location. Nice clean room. Friendly staff. Only negative point was strange smell in the wing of the building where the room was located (and inside the room as well).

As the title said, very happy with the location breakfast and the reception, but the room was not cleaned properly even after we brought it to the reception. Nobody changed our coffee cups in the 4 days we stayed there

We are suprised by Your comment as the floors are being vacuumed everyday, the carpets are new and clean and there is no signage of dirt.
