Great location for a one night stay. Service was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful! The lady helping with the breakfast was so lovely and made beautiful coffee. I forgot her name but it may have been Desmina? I would definitely recommend staying here and all the staff are excellent. Thanks

Lousy not what what I expected from a Novotel

Not impressed at all. Mediocre dinner buffet although reasonable selection the quality of the dishes was very average. Drinking water fountain was not working. Checkin process was slow and inefficient. Room was very worn and bathroom was filthy.

Shuttle bus arrived quickly at the airport. Check in was fast and efficient. Room was comfortable and breakfast was excellent with a super staff that ensured everything went smoothly.

Great hotel with nice staff. Ezzat Samir is a wonderful waiter with a great personality and will take good care of you at La Pergola restaurant 😊 There was also a wedding going on and the decoration was splendid. Highly recommend this hotel with great customer service ✨

A truly fantastic hotel through and through. This is our 9th.time staying at this amazing hotel, my family and I just love it so much. First of all, the location is excellent. You can walk across and reach the airport it is right there. . There's a free shuttle also . The food is excellent. We usually get the buffet of breakfast. The options are delicious and the characters come out which is always a treat with pass around fresh drinks. This time we had dinner several times and it was also delicious. The atmosphere here is very sophisticated and sleek, my son enjoyed. The food is pricey but we ordered 3 mains to share and it was worth it (ribs, chicken and cod). Yum! Staff were very attentive as well and there was a live duo singing and playing the local music which was a nice surprise. Back to the rooms. They are very clean and well appointed. All amenities you need are there. If you call to ask for something, they bring it right away. The rooms are also very hip. I also love the view of the pools from the window. . Finally, the service and staff are exceptional. Very courteous and welcoming and genuinely want to help you. Special thank you to Rasha who I saw last time at the hotel and she was so friendly and personable. We saw her this time as well and it was a pleasure to have a chat with her again. I forgot to mention that I also love the lobby of the hotel; sophisticated yet fun Thank you Mr. Emad Isamel And Ayman Labib , much appreciating your kindness.
