We loved our stay there. The reception was very prompt and professional with solving an issue he had, that made our stay really enjoyable. The breakfast was good as well, and staff very welcoming, always smiling.

I arrived to the hotel, looks great from the outside and lobby. Was pleasantly greeted by staff and given a room upgrade which I was very appreciative of. The room I was upgraded to was superb however there was some massive flaws in it, electrical fittings where all loose and shower fittings also loose. There as also clear evidence that water had spilled from the bathroom and into the bedroom. There was visual white mould on the carpet and a very poor quality repair made where the water damage had been. As I was super jet lagged and tired I slept in the room. I woke up the next day with a terrible chesty cough from sleeping next to the mould, so I decided to request a room change. Again the staff were great, helpful and even moved my bag for me whilst I was out for the day. Whilst the new room was much cleaner (without mould) the standard loose fittings in the bathroom were noted. As I was trying to get to sleep on that night (Friday) loud music was head, with bass echoing throughout the room. I called reception and they said the nightclub below the hotel was closed and weren’t sure. Eventually at 2am the music was still going, turns out it was from a nightclub nearby. So once again I changed rooms. Again the staff were great and I got another upgraded room, with so much space. It was beautiful to look at on first impression, but again as I stayed in the room. Loose shower fittings noted, mould in the shower, spray from toilet flushing stained the glass next to the toilet, electrical fittings were loose in the wall, benches in the bathroom falling off the walls/mounts. On Saturday night I could still hear music from the nightclub, even on the 6th floor. Overall the only thing saving this hotel was the staff, there were all lovely and super helpful. It’s a shame the management of this hotel have let it deteriorate so much. It’s as though since the hotel was built, the rooms have been vacuumed and that’s it. No corners scrubbed for mould, no functionality tests or anything to keep it up to standard. The bare minimum is all that’s been done. I would never stay here again, no recommend it to my friends.

The food here is amazing, they even provide jain food which is quite rare in hotels. Staff is also very cooperative and allover very good hotel.

Staff were nice and attentive, they are very much willing to assist you. Able to experience arabian buffet dinner during ramadan, lots of choices. Overall stay was excellent
