Fell short of expectations

- Shower had very low pressure. - It took a very long time for the water to heat up. - Needed to contact reception in order to have heat put on in room. - Breakfast was disappointing. Several items, such as the cheese, deli meats (both unrefrigerated...), and pastries had clearly been sitting out for a few days. Didn't attempt the yogurt as it was also sitting out (for who knows how long) and not in individual packages. Limited fruit selection, and the cut fruit had gone brown so didn't risk it.

I would like to address your concerns individually: Breakfast Service: I regret to hear that the breakfast did not meet your expectations. Please note that the breakfast service is managed by a third-party provider. However, your comments regarding the freshness and presentation of the food, as well as proper refrigeration, are concerning and will be immediately addressed with the service team to ensure improvements. Shower Pressure and Heating: I am sorry to hear about the low water pressure and the delay in water heating. These issues do not reflect our usual standards, and I will personally ensure that our maintenance team investigates and resolves these problems promptly. Room Heating: Having to contact reception to activate heating should not have been necessary, and I apologize for any inconvenience caused. We are reviewing our heating system processes to prevent such occurrences in the future.

Hotel is well positioned for walking around Leeds centre, plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby. Rooms are modern, a little small but to be expected for the price, and beds comfortable. Breakfast is in the adjoining MaHe Coastal Indian restaurant and was continental buffet + some hot cooked food which was not great so on our second day we went to Wetherspoons round the corner! Staff helpful and overall a good stay.

Ideal location but disappointing breakfast

Stayed for an arena event. Room was comfortable and well appointed but breakfast was a total let down. Overcooked having stuck together, Sausages looked cardboardy, only Fresh fruit was chopped up dried out apple, fruit juices were watered down, waffles hard. Very disappointing overall.
