comfy, welcoming hotel. go the extra mile where they can - not for me but saw them setting up a birthday surprise table for another guest for the next day however carparking arrangements are annoying - i paid early for it so i wouldnt have to go back to check in to get a receipt before departure just for me have to wait to get it on departure anyway. although i was staying 3 nights, the receptionist first tried charging me for one day - if i had not been to the hotel previous and knew the price per night i may have been caught out and fined.

Pleasant checkin staff. Room clean but some damage to wall decor. I found pillows uncomfortable. Complimentary water isn’t replaced after first night. Some rooms have large shower other shower over bath being asked one’s preference would be a good idea. For an older person like me climbing in and out of the bath was difficult. Overall it’s a pleasant hotel with good transport links.

Nice hotel but odd billing and reception set up

Names on booking and billing was not done as arranged by my PA (Lindsay Hamilton) I find the reception set up to be very odd - one guy sat at a table. Seems to take a long time to get checked in.
