check in was great, room was perfect and very clean for our family and we even had a swim in the morning. We also organised left luggage on the day of departure - so it was very convenient.

I stayed at the Novotel London Brentford with my mom from 30.12 until 02.01, and we had a very pleasant experience. The location feels very safe, which was important for us, and it’s extremely convenient — there is a bus stop and a store right around the corner. Heathrow Airport is only about 30 minutes away, making travel very easy. The breakfast was wonderful, with a great variety and very good quality. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay, which really made us feel welcome. Our room was very clean and well maintained. The sauna was great, and while the pool was nice, it could have been a bit warmer since it is advertised as a warm pool. Overall, it was a comfortable, relaxing stay, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for both families and travelers looking for a calm but well-connected hotel in London.
