I have been in this hotel 4 times, and I’m so happy to know this place, the staff are so nice, friendly, the hotel is a good location near to metro, and very clean space.

No good! Double charge: stayed 3 nights, charged 6 nights!!!

However, as per the terms and conditions of your booking, it was stated that cancellations or modifications would not be eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, you chose to cancel the reservation, which is why we were unable to refund those nights. Short ride to LHR; shabbier than prior Ibis stays

The location is good w/ easy access LHR, groceries and other shops. We have stayed in many Ibis's in the past and were disappointed that the usually reliable towels, soaps, and outlets were in short supply. Only one towel and only one outlet. Further the outlet was not near the bed.
