Late arrival, okay check-in. Room big enough and fairly clean. Concierge was lovely and engaging - made us feel very welcome and was helpful on check-out. I feel that reception staff could be more engaging and interact with guests regarding taking an interest in the guests holiday. Customer service gives a greater customer experience.

Stayed in coastal villa suite with included extras such as Breakfast, non alcoholic minibar and snacks and complimentary tea and coffee. The suite room was as expected, large and mostly clean - however a used dirty dishcloth was in cupboard under sink which didn’t give great overall first impressions. Housekeeping service in general was not really up to expectations and rubbish not always cleared daily with room sometime not cleaned/made up until late afternoon with a half hour gap between cleaning and turndown service. Beds were comfy - tvs plentiful and space fantastic - thou sadly lacking any storage, no drawers or even cupboards on nightstands - which whilst visually attractive meant living out of a suitcase for our 5 night stay. What was disappoint was that despite ‘extras’ being included in our room rate, these were not put in place - the minibar was not restocked once during our 5 day stay and the soft drinks originally available were only 2 bottles of soda a couple of juices and and water - honestly not a benefit worth providing or advertising. The mini bar was not restocked despite us asking on more than one occasion. Also the ‘complimentary tea and coffee’ were not made available without an argue with the restaurant staff and re confirmation with reception. I feel that the rooms having this included as part of their rate should be available to the restaurant staff to avoid this confusion. That said we had a good stay, valet parking was an added bonus, especially in Manly and the. Hotel was clean and welcoming. Room service options were limited and the offerings actually available did not match those on the onscreen tv menus - though the adjoining restaurant is still Yet to open - so I imagine this will improve. The use of beach equipment was great and much appreciated and the roof top pool, whilst small and busy was a lovely additional benefit.
