Very poor communication such as NOT informing me that the housekeeping is only available from 10 am to 3 pm! This information is very important to room guest like me. Also, curtains are not covered properly round the edges thus allowing daylight into the room. Insufficient power points in the room. Btw, I am an ALL ACCOR+ EXPLORER member. Am I entitled to discount on meals and drinks that I spent in Pullman Hotel - no one in Pullman reminded me on the discount? I only recalled after I checked out of the hotel, a few days later...

We are sincerely sorry to learn that several aspects of your visit did not meet your expectations, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify and improve. Please accept our apologies for the misunderstanding regarding our housekeeping availability. Our housekeeping service is in fact available 24 hours a day. However, when a Do Not Disturb sign is placed on the door, our team will not enter the room. If the sign is later removed, we are always happy to provide service, although it may not be immediate depending on ongoing operations. We regret that this was not communicated clearly to you and will reinforce this information with our team to avoid future misunderstandings. We are sorry that the curtain coverage and availability of power points did not fully meet your needs. Your comments regarding daylight seepage and electrical outlets are extremely valuable, and we have shared them with our maintenance team for review as we continue to upgrade our rooms. We understand your concern about towels being replaced despite being hung up. This should not have occurred, and we apologize. We will address this with our housekeeping team to ensure our sustainability practices are followed consistently. Regarding your question about dining discounts: Accor Plus Explorer membership benefits, including dining discounts, are applicable only within the Asia Pacific region, as per the programme conditions. As our hotel is located in Europe, the dining privileges unfortunately do not apply here. We sincerely apologize that this was not explained during your stay, and we will ensure our team is better informed so they can provide clear guidance to our international members. We regret that you did not feel adequately recognized as a Gold member and that your welcome drink and amenity were not offered. This is below our service standards, and we will address this with the relevant departments to prevent recurrence. Once again, thank you for sharing your experience. Overall stay is wonderful, just that there's several days where house keeping didn't perform proper cleaning and that can be further improved.

I stayed for 2 nights, and booked for the close proximity to the venue for the concert I was attending. It was perfect in that sense, and also the hotel is very clean, modern, and comfortable. Ask the staff I encountered, at the front desk, in the bar, and housekeeping staff, were very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
