Check in was nice. However, I left a white t-shirt on the bed and after coming back to my room on the 2nd night, it was no longer there. I had two unique reservations for two nights, but the front desk was able to join them to make it one stay in the same room. When I asked about the missing shirt (new with tag, Arket) no one could find it in lost and found. I have the feeling that housekeeping washed it with everything else and it's missing there. Also, the AC wasn't very strong during these past few hot days. That was a bit of a bother. I stay at this hotel weekly and would like to locate this shirt. If it's not possible, I'd appreciate as a one time act of goodwill and continued patronage for a 40 euro credit for my next stay to compensate for this inconvenience. Best, Daniel

Having never been to Eindhoven it was a bit of a challenge to adjust to the US hotel experience. The staff were very responsive and professional. The daily breakfast was amazing; one of the best for options I have had. Please consider oatmeal or hot cereal as a possibility. Disappointed that the pool was out of order. While we only requested room service once during our stay, we did expect the bathroom to be cleaned and it was not. We received fresh towels and trash bin emptied and bed straitened but hair on floors, toilets not cleaned was not great. The "refrigerator" is confusing and guest should get more information on exactly how to use this. It is not effective.
