First time the building is under Pullman. Great updates to the atmosphere, nice amenities, perfect location in Eindhoven Centrum, and a lot of available parking. Overall experience was great.

very nice and comfortable stay with you as beds were comfy and rooms so spacious and absolutely thrilled for the birthday surprise for my little one. Thank you Team Pullman Eindhoven. She was overjoyed. I would like to state though that the pool was quite disgusting as there were moulds on the ceiling and ripped band aids on the side of the pool. on the three days we were using the pool, it remained like that which shows that it is not cleaned/sanitised daily. That was the major fail for us.

My stay reservation is till April 11 Saturday. I had early check-out on April 10 Friday morning 7am in the reception desk. The receptionist insisted to charge me for the full stay till April 11, i.e. including the April 10 Friday night. I don't know why the receptionist could not reduce one night stay. He promised to follow up with his hotel manager. But now two days have passed, nothing happened.

After reviewing your reservation, you are absolutely correct, with the corporate rate booked, the early departure fee should not have been applied. This was an error on our part. We have now processed a full refund for the last night of your stay. You should see this reflected in your account shortly, depending on your bank’s processing times. We are also very sorry to hear about your experience at the front desk and the impression it left. This does not reflect the level of service we strive to provide. Please be assured that your feedback has been shared with the relevant team member, and we will be re-addressing this internally to ensure additional training and guidance are provided where needed.
