Very happy with the ability to travel with our pet. Large, clean, comfortable rooms. Would have liked the option of a family room or interlocking doors. In-room dining has limited options.

Planned a sudden midnight travel to the hotel as my road trip got derailed because of the delay in the Euro tunnel. The communication with the hotel was very accurate as I had called the hotel over phone before booking online. We had to book 2 connecting rooms as we were travelling with 2 kids. We were greeted very warmly by the staff - Right from the person who did our checking to the manager of the hotel was fantastic & welcoming especially since we were terribly tired because of the 12hr road travel. The hotel amenities especially the Hot Pool & Sauna were fabulous & possibly a welcome relief in such a cold weather otherwise. Overall we really enjoyed the overnight stopover at the hotel & maybe we will plan another proper trip next time around.
