Stayed for 2 weeks. Overall ok except for below 2 which requires improvement: (1) Housekeeping - lotion not refilled, cups and glasses not washed and placed properly (2) Breakfast - waiter and waitresses are nice and friendly but had unpleasant experience at the counter where we tried to place an order for omelette. Chefs not attentive. Typically need to stand and wait for a while before chef can hear our request. This is still fine since we understand that all are busy. But on our 2 last days with Pullman, tried to order omelette as per other days but lady chef at the egg counter responded “not free” added that she is busy with this and that two days in a row… we were quite shocked to hear this response… we responded her to take her time and we will come back later for the omelette but we checked a few times, there was no omelette made for us… Stay again? I am not sure… Experienced much better service elsewhere at a lower rate…

Reception desk is the first thing you experience of a hotel ..... unfortunately, reception lady didn't really like her job (that day?) , I think. So that reflects to me as a guest. A pity.....
