It is a nice hotel at the perfect location: i came for work- conference at the World Trade Center. The room was nice. I loved the Spotify lists, the water that was available in the room and on the floor. I would've liked to have one extra towel for the face/hands instead of two huge towels. My biggest problem with the hotel is how difficult it was to get an invoice. Now, almost a month after I have checked out, i still don't have a proper invoice. And for a business hotel like the Ibis, I think this is unacceptable. I also didn't like how familiar the staff seemed to be with the guests. I think there is a fine line between good service and being too much. I do no appreciate when your staff interrupts my breakfast to ask for a review. Also, the breakfast was not very vegan-friendly. Overall, I think your hotel is good and it's good value for money.

Great hotel but my stay was cut sort due to hotel renovations On the plus side they transferred me to Novotel WTC anchor great hotel so a good stay overall

The regular rooms are very small. We had 8 bags of luggage which made it very difficult for us to maneuver. We were given a bigger room because of our situation. Thanks to the gentleman at the front who understood our situation and helped us. Our stay was pleasant overall. There was water refill station at every level which is a great addition given that everywhere you go, water had to be purchased.
