The highlights were great room amenities with refilled water, Nespresso and tea. Especially valued with the option for in room breakfast at no extra charge. The one main thing to improve is to allow access to the CNIT, especially since the outside escalator was not working.

I made a booking for 2 rooms. In my room, the toilets were stuck and I asked to repair it and no action was taken. Problem was still there the evening and day after. No action taken ( I spent 2 nights). For the second day, when my colleagues arrived her room was already given ( although I gave my Credit card as garantee). We had to share a room which is of course not convenient
