Quick welcome and Holiday Season Welcome Pack in the room (standard, not handwritten as in some lower-ranked star hotels of the Accor group). The restaurant is good but not differentiated from other 4-star (or even 3-star). The price, though, is higher.

It was below expectations, mainly because of the staff. They behave as if guests are staying for free, are often rude, and seem to consider themselves a five-star hotel while treating customers as inferior. This hotel should not be rated higher than three stars. The breakfast is poor, there are hygiene issues. There is no proper customer care.
