It was below expectations, mainly because of the staff. They behave as if guests are staying for free, are often rude, and seem to consider themselves a five-star hotel while treating customers as inferior. This hotel should not be rated higher than three stars. The breakfast is poor, there are hygiene issues. There is no proper customer care.

Room is good, bathroom is very good overall the room is ok for us! Only one incident or i will say that im not feel ok! Me and my friend stay (2 room) last dec. 26 to 28 and last dec 27 (Saturday) we arrived late from visiting the city and we ask food delivery and the guy from reception suggests the Uber! So booked the Uber for our dinner and the delivery guy arrived so i went down and i heard receptionist or i don’t if he is manager telling to the delivery guy that DON’T put that 2 bag in the counter and he is thinking maybe will leaked what ever in the bag! HE IS VERY RUDE AND THE BEHAVIOUR IS NOT GOOD! I am the one who apologise to the delivery guy! I saw in his eyes he fell humiliated by that man! Me and my friend also working in Hotel so i know how do behave to the client or any person even to the delivery man! I guess you will know the guy because we booked to uber around 12:30 midnight and i think the guy worked 11:00pm to 7:00pm The black guy he assist us, he is very kind suggesting this Uber and there is other white guy he is the one very RUDE…. I hope you do action about this …. Overall hotel, room & breakfast is perfect! Thank you
