good except for a/c thermostat didn’t work in my room

I usually stay at Pullman due to work. Since many months from now, there are persistent noises during night, as if there was a metal wires flowing inside the air conditioning system. Sound is in every floor and every room and makes it difficult to have a peaceful sleep. As for breakfast, the granola quality and cereals are quite bad (highly industrial very sugary), while the rest is very good, so as the service which is also very good. Lastly, the plastic covered red sofas in the bedrooms look very bad, as if it belongs to a motel. So, a few things to be improved I guess.

Not happy with reception error during check-in despite of my explanations

I was unable to credit my points on my Accor account. The réceptionnist refused to log them for some reason
