A lovely hotel in a great position to see beautiful Vienna, only a quick walk over the bridge to Stephansplatz. The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was very good. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

A lovely hotel. Very clean with lovely friendly staff Great breakfast to set you up for a days sightseeing in beautiful Vienna. Easily reached from the airport. Great location. A 10 minute walk over the bridge to Stephansplatz. Would definitely stay again.

Compailnt Im writing this because of bad behavior of receptionist! I asked him to have iron to prepare my cloths and he told me that i need to go reception and take the iron! And when i told him that i cannot come down he cut the line in my face. I called him back and he told me that i can complain to the manager at morning!!! I really feel bad because of this and with this bad experience I’m sure that i will not stay again in this low service hotel. Thank you for respecting of your customers Mohamed
