Really well placed with easy access to Christmas markets (15 mins walk) and local transport (5 mins walk). Good breakfast and really helpful and kind staff.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the city center and easy to reach on foot, which is a big plus. The rooms are quite small, and the breakfast is below what you would expect from a 4-star hotel, with limited variety. Overall, the experience was okay — comfortable enough for a short stay, but nothing particularly memorable.

The stay in the hotel was great. It was too bad that the door in the shower had scratches, for about 500 euro per night you expect the room to be in perfect condition. The breakfast was fine, but a bit standard, I have been in Mercure hotels with a better sorted breakfast. The service of the reception and housekeeping was excellent. They were very friendly. overall we have had a great stay in the hotel with our family.
